1. Returns:

   • We accept returns for eligible products within 3 days from the date of purchase.
   • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
   • You must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, when requesting a return.

2. Refunds:

   • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
   • If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5  business days.

3. Exchanges:

   • If you need to exchange a product for the same item or a different one, please contact us to arrange the exchange.
   • Exchanges are subject to product availability and may require additional payment or refund depending on the difference in price.

4. Non-Returnable Items:

   • Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including but not limited to:
     • Software licenses or subscriptions
     • Customized or personalized items
     • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer

5. Shipping Costs:

   • You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
   • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
